As Vice President of Asset Management, Jake McGraw plays a pivotal role in overseeing the operational performance and long-term value of River Caddis Group’s diverse portfolio of commercial and multi-family housing developments. Jake is responsible for implementing strategic asset plans, ensuring financial stability, and maximizing returns on investments for all properties under management.

From multi-family communities to large-scale commercial developments, Jake’s expertise lies in optimizing operations, managing budgets, and maintaining strong tenant relationships. He works closely with development, property management, and leasing teams to ensure seamless integration across all facets of the business.

With a focus on long-term success, Jake leverages market insights, data analytics, and operational efficiencies to preserve and enhance the value of our assets. His leadership ensures that every River Caddis property operates at peak performance, delivering exceptional results for both our investors and the communities we serve.

Jake graduated Magna Cum Laude from Ferris State University with a Bachelor of Science in Integrative Studies with a focus in Real Estate Development.  Jake graduated from Louisiana State University with a Masters in Business Administration in Finance.

Jake is a licensed real estate salesperson, a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers, designated HCCP professional, and is a candidate for CCIM designation.
